Thomas Magazeno was born in Canada’s oldest city of St. John’s, New Foundland and adopted into the United States as an infant. He was raised on the East Coast by parents who taught him the values of loyalty and respect. These values translate, for Thomas and anyone who knows him, into relationships that last a lifetime.
Thomas graduated from Rutgers University Mason Gross School of the Arts in 1993 with a B.F.A. in Graphic Design & Marketing. Since then, his passion for creating compelling and powerful visual solutions that maximize brand visibility and consumption into the market place brought award winning success to the many fortune 500 clients he was retained by. Notable clients include Budwieser, Bud Light, GM, Sony Pictures, Motortrend, Cesars Palace, Paris Las Vegas to name a few.
The transition to Real Estate began in 2002 when Thomas purchased his first property below market value by using his natural ability of negotiation. This negotiation sparked a new passion, a passion for everything Real Estate.

Thomas Magazeno has been a resident of Los Angeles since 1998. He serves on the Board of Directors for the “Hollywood Riviera” Home Owners Association, is a member of the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors®, California Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®.
